Refund & cancellation policy

Vault Pro is a digital product delivered instantly by license key, so there is nothing to cancel or ship once the key is sent.

When you can get a refund

• If the software does not work on your computer and we cannot fix it, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• If you were charged twice for the same order, we refund the extra payment.

When refunds are not given

• After 7 days from purchase.
• If you changed your mind after activating and using the software.
• For problems caused by changes in third-party services (such as Pixabay) that we fix in an update.

How to ask

Email support@renderlabs.in with your order ID, the email you used to buy, and a short description or screenshot of the problem. We reply within 2 working days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. The license key is deactivated when the refund is made.
